Collaboration on AMAT’s CRC Platform

AMAT and CRC Benefit Reporting

AMAT is an association of workplace accident mutual insurers collaborating with Social Security. It is the body that orchestrates communication between these mutual insurers and Social Security, and as such, it defines the communication processes all of them must follow.

One of these processes is the reporting of CRC data processing (CUME, RM, RL, and CATA benefits). Until 2025, this reporting was carried out through files, and starting in 2026 it moved to real-time reporting via API. This meant that the 18 mutual insurers associated with AMAT had to adapt their reporting process to the new model.  

 

 

Rather than having each mutual insurer integrate individually, TechsBCN designed a system to make this communication unified and effortless for each of the 18 mutual insurers that make up AMAT.

The system is based on Docker images, so that each mutual insurer can achieve a true “plug & play” setup: with a basic configuration defining the data source in its own environment, the system automatically reports the processed CRC benefits to AMAT.

On the technical side, the solution is an ecosystem of images (WebApp, API, Workers, etc.) built on .NET, React, SQL Server, and RabbitMQ, designed so that each mutual insurer can deploy it in its own environment with minimal integration effort.

Alongside this image ecosystem, a control panel based on OpenTelemetry and Datadog is also distributed, allowing each mutual insurer to maintain full observability over the system and detect any issue in its communication with AMAT.

The Result

Thanks to this platform, among the 18 mutual insurers associated with AMAT , those that adopted the system have been able to adapt to the new real-time reporting model without having to build and maintain their own integration, drastically reducing the effort and risk of each individual rollout.
