From2 is a company specialized in providing passenger transport services to various travel agencies. It mainly offers shuttle transfers, private transfers, connections between airports, hotels, and tourist destinations, as well as excursions and activities. Its main distinguishing feature is that it coordinates bookings coming from various partners (travel agencies) with various transport providers, mainly Moventis Experience.

The main challenge From2 faced was the low level of digitization and automation in its business processes: a large part of its functional workflows relied on manual actions, data transformations through Excel, and rudimentary procedures that, as is often the case, generated several problems: low process management capacity, minimal concurrency in actions, a high probability of human error, and, ultimately, general customer dissatisfaction.

 

 

This is why From2 brought in TechsBCN, not just to implement some piece of technology, but to lead the deep digital transformation process the company needed to undergo to reach its goals.

From an AS-IS Diagnosis the TO-BE Architecture

TechsBCN first carried out an assessment of the current scenario (AS-IS), identifying pain points, the main bottlenecks and root causes of problems, and, more broadly, the areas for improvement. Based on this study, a consulting process was carried out to define the target digital enterprise architecture (TO-BE).

Rather than simply adapting existing tools to digitize current processes, at TechsBCN we launched an end-to-end digital transformation covering the people, processes, and tools From2 needed to use in their day-to-day operations to centrally coordinate bookings from their partners with their transport providers.
